Real change begins with real action. Unleash your true self.

cognitive change

Cognitive change begins in the head - in your mind. You have to decide, just make a decision that today is the day that you are truly going to alter your life for the better and end the repetitive life-cycle of consuming foods you know aren't good for you. Once you make that decision and you truly know, in your heart of hearts, that there are no other options than to succeed, then and only then you'll move onto lasting physical change.

Physical change begins after you've achieved cognitive change. This type of change is what you surround yourself with and what you allow into your body. This begins at the most basic level - at the market and in your kitchen. You have to change everything from what you make the decision to buy at the grocery store to what is currently in your kitchen cabinets and refrigerator & freezer. When this begins to happen on a consistent basis, your body will begin to express physical change - this physical change is due to physiological change.


physiological change

Physiological change begins after you've achieved physical change. I would argue that this is the most important change that can be made, but you have to truly move through the first two forms of change before you can achieve lasting change in this regard. Physiological change means you are changing your body on a cellular (internal) level - that the foods you are now consuming are having a positive impact on your health, wellness, and life. Think of this series of changes as a pyramid, but one in which you are working from the top down. Physiological change at the base, physical change is the middle, and cognitive change on top.


Write down what you would like to change about your life - lose 30lbs, eat healthier, think more clearly, wake up with energy, stop being so tired all the time - then do it the right way. Eat healthy foods, make smart choices, exercise every day. FORCE YOURSELF TO DO IT. You are the only one making your decisions, so no one is to blame but yourself if you’re not truly happy with where you’re at in life.

Don't drink soda, drink water

You should be consuming AT LEAST 8-10 8oz glasses of water every day. From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed, you should be consuming water. Your body CRAVES and NEEDS it!

exercise daily and build muscle

Muscle is far more energetic & metabolic than fat. Meaning the more muscle mass you have on your body, the more calories you'll burn every day simply for having that muscle mass! Burning fat & building muscle through strength training is a necessity.


Habits are hard to develop, but become a part of your life once they’re in place. We all struggle to make changes in our lives, but get past those first 21 days and these new healthy habits, if done every day, will become a part of your life - for the rest of your life.

What to expect - the journey

The journey you're about to undertake won't be easy, but it will be worth it. Please take a few moments to read through the brief outline of your intake process, baseline week, and getting into the swing of things with your program.

Day 1 - Intake & learning

Congratulations - You've taken the first step towards reclaiming your health, wellness, fitness, and life.  Within the next 48hrs you'll receive your copy of the 30 Days to Health e-book and guidelines on how to get set up for week 1, along with a personal email from Dillon welcoming you aboard and some insight on what to expect moving forward with week 1.

Week 1 - getting started

Week 1 is called the "Baseline Week". We call it this because we spend it getting all of your baseline measurements taken care of & building out + personalizing your program for your exact body composition and goal set. During week 1, you can also expect to get set up with your first phone or video call with Dillon, chat about your goals + write them down, and you'll also receive your document outlining proteins, carbohydrates, and fats in best/fair/poor choices.

Month 1 - full swing

Within the first month you can and SHOULD fully expect to begin seeing some (if not a ton of) mental, physical, and physiological progress! You'll have already received your personalized nutrition guidelines based on your body composition and goal set and have been putting it to great use every single day! At the completion of the first 30 days, we'll reassess your nutrition guidelines + goal set and create an action plan for the upcoming 4 weeks.


There are always two paths that you can take in life. The first path is the easy path and it ALWAYS leads to disappointment & dissatisfaction. The second path is the hard path and it ALWAYS leads to progress & success.
